Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.

Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.

Guest Access

This is a 2nd floor unit that requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

Cheaper and better than a regular hotel!! There were a lot of appliances provided, so we were able to cook and store food! The only thing I really have to complain about is the fact that the oven in our unit didn’t heat up and the coffee maker didn’t seem to work, but it’s not much of an issue considering how close the building is to everything in town. There are plenty of good places to eat and grab coffee within a five minute walk. The beach is just as easy to get to! Overall, we had a great stay and I’d highly recommend it.

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
