Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.

Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.

Guest Access

This is a 1st floor unit that requires 4 stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

We had a great stay at The Allenhurst! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk from the beach, close to great food spots, and right near the main street, making it super convenient to explore the area. The mattress is on the softer side, which is perfect if you enjoy a plush feel, though keep that in mind if you prefer a firmer bed. One thing to note is that the kitchen doesn't have a pot — it does come with a pan — so if you plan on cooking and need one, make sure to bring it along! The host was fantastic — very friendly and responsive. Whenever we needed anything, they always got back to us within minutes. It made the whole experience feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
