Suite 3 is located on the 2nd floor with queen bed. It received complete renovation, 3/4 bathroom with a large walk in shower.

Guest Access

This is a second floor unit that has stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

This place was a fantastic stay! Appreciated the extra details like a keurig in my room with coffee cups, plates, etc. The location is just 2 blocks from the beach and an incredible value. Would recommend!

If you’re looking for a stay that is perfect for a beach getaway, this is the spot for you! It is a small place, but has so much charm for the location. It was everything we needed to lay out at the beach all day, and have an easy place to come back to. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Find us

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
