Apartment 1 is a two bedroom, 1st floor, corner unit facing West. It received complete renovation, including a full kitchen with marble island, and Full bathroom has tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a sofa bed in the living room as well.

Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems.

Guest Access

This is a first floor unit that has a lift for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

what a great stay, the location was perfect to walk and Uber to everything the area has to offer. it was a great stay for two couples to have a great weekend away. Hope to be back!

Find us

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
