Suite 4 is a 2nd floor one bedroom with two queen beds in the private bedroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. It received complete renovation, Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Guest Access

This is a second floor unit with stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

We came for a show at the house of independents and it was only a 9 minute walk! Beach is only two blocks away and although we were here on an early spring day when it was cold and rainy, it was a nice walk and the beach looked really nice! Nothing super fancy/frills but good price and responsive host. Perfect for what we needed it for and nice space!

This is my second time staying here, everything was great, except this time the people in the other room were a bit noisy, they had the TV on full blast. I also think they could provide more sheets, especially when it's cold. Other than that, the place is very clean and beautiful, the location is a 10/10, they have everything you need inside, and of course I would stay again.

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
