Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach passes can be purchased at a discounted rate using the QR code displayed in the lobby. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems. Please message us with general questions or inquiries and we will respond within 24 hours. Existing and arriving guests that require immediate assistance should call our hotline which is included with our check-in / welcome messages and posted in our lobby. Emergent voice messages will be returned promptly by our staff.

Our location offers unparalleled access to everything that makes the Jersey Shore so special AND the ability to access the train to NYC with a 14 minute walk.

Guest Access

This is a 2nd floor unit and requires stairs for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

I loved my stay at the Allenhurst! My little studio had everything I needed for a comfy 5 night stay. James was a super great communicator and was very understanding when I needed to adjust my dates due to a family health issue. Super easy walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be coming back!!!

The Allenhurst has a wonderful team, ready to help at any time. The place was spotless and the location could not be any better!! One block from the beach and one block from the Main Street with all the cafes, shops and more! The peacefulness of the off-season was the perfect way to recharge!

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The place was clean and easy to access, with the hosts keeping in touch consistently ahead of check in and check out. Definitely a great spot for a weekend beach stay!

Apt 15 was a great place to stay for our long weekend getaway to Neptune Township. The owner upgraded us when our original booking wasn’t going to be available at check in time. Thank you! The extra living room was lovely and we had easy to access Hulu Live. Kitchen is big and has coffee, coffee pot, sugars, creams, cups, plates and cutlery but bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook on a longer stay. Bathroom is small but water gets hot, ample towels are provided and shower is lovely! And most importantly the mattress on the main bed was good! Slept well both nights. I would stay at the Allenhurst again!

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
