Good to know

Apartment #1 is a ground floor unit that requires 4 steps for entry. It features 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6, with direct access to the porch. This is the best option for families. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle, and the living room offers a full size futon. This apartment also has it's own washer and dryer as an added bonus!

Other Details to Note

Quiet hours are strictly enforced: 10PM - 8AM. Beach Passes can be purchased at a discounted price on the QR code on the front porch. We have a strictly enforced "No Unregistered Pets" policy. We allow 1 dog (less than 30LB) per unit for an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please be advised that interior hallways and exterior porches are monitored by video surveillance and noise monitoring systems. Please message us with general questions or inquiries and we will respond within 24 hours. Existing and arriving guests that require immediate assistance should call our hotline which is included with our check-in / welcome messages and posted in our lobby. Emergent voice messages will be returned promptly by our staff.

Guest Access

Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. Upon check-in time, your keycode will activate. Simply enter the code into the keypad on the house front door and room door, and then press the button at the bottom of the keypad. You will need to complete this sequence before the backlight of the keypad times out. ***Please note, guests that did NOT book via Airbnb will need to complete our Rental Agreement prior to receiving their check-in instructions*** Due to our meticulous cleaning standards, early check-ins or late check-outs can only be accommodated based on our turnover schedule. With that in mind, we cannot provide approval for early check-in, in advance. If your room is ready prior to check-in, we will let you know.

We're in walking distance to everything. The beach, the boardwalk, live music venues, hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops are all only a few minutes away. We're also approximately 1/2 mile to the train station with access to NYC or a 30 minute Uber ride to the NYC Ferry.
